Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

At Customized Digital Solutions, we aim to deliver quality digital services. Refunds are granted under the conditions below.

  • Refunds apply only to services purchased directly from Customized Digital Solutions.
  • A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase or service start date.
  • Only unused or uninitiated services are eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
  • Setup fees, domain registrations, hosting charges, and third-party tool costs are non-refundable.
  • Work, designs, deliverables already completed and handed over cannot be refunded.
3. Partial Refunds

If a project has begun but not completed, partial refunds may be issued based on the proportion of work already completed. We will provide an itemized calculation when offering a partial refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support with:

  • 1. Order number / Invoice ID
  • 2. Name on the order
  • 3. Date of purchase
  • 4. Reason for refund

Please note: Refund approval may require review of project files, timestamps, and communications.
