digital delivery or deployment of completed projects, credentials, or assets.
2. Delivery Method
All services, digital files, or project deliverables will be shared securely through one or more of the
following methods:
- Email communication (direct attachments or download links)
- Cloud sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive)
- Secure links via our client portal or official website
No physical shipment or postal delivery will be made for any service.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Website Design / Development Projects: Delivery timelines vary depending on project
complexity and mutually agreed milestones.
- Digital Files / Graphic Designs: Typically delivered within 3–7 business
days after final approval and payment.
- Hosting & Domain Services: Activated within 24–48 hours of successful
payment.
Exact delivery timelines will be communicated at the start of every project.
4. Delays in Delivery
Delivery may be delayed in the following cases:
- Late submission of required content, credentials, or approvals from the client
- Technical issues or server downtime
- Force majeure events (natural calamities, internet outages, etc.)
- Additional revisions or scope changes requested during the project
In such cases, clients will be notified promptly with an updated delivery schedule.
5. Non-Delivery Circumstances
A project may be marked as non-deliverable or delayed if:
- The client fails to provide required materials, content, or payments on time.
- The client account is suspended due to policy violations or pending dues.
- Unforeseen circumstances prevent completion despite reasonable effort.
6. Confirmation of Delivery
Once a service or digital product is delivered, clients will receive:
- An official confirmation email
- Download link, access credentials, or deployed project URL (as applicable)
Delivery will be considered complete once this confirmation email or message is sent from our side.
7. Support After Delivery
For technical issues, access problems, or corrections post-delivery, clients can contact our support team
for assistance. Minor adjustments or clarifications are typically addressed within 1–2 business days.
